Adam Saad is a Senior Consulting Director with over 23 years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management across the Middle East. He has successfully delivered more than 27 large-scale programs, including enterprise-wide digital transformations, PMO and TMO establishments, and governance model implementations. Previously, Adam led major initiatives with PwC, Strategy&, and ITG, managing multi-stream transformations for leading organizations such as Al Rajhi Bank, STC, OQ, and GSTB. His expertise spans digital banking, oil & gas, healthcare, government services, and IT-driven business transformations, where he has designed and executed EPMO/PMO operating models, governance frameworks, and value realization roadmaps. Adam’s career highlights include driving the transformation of Saudi Arabia’s first digital bank at STC, leading a full migration program for Al Rajhi Bank’s contact center, and developing a comprehensive PMO playbook for OQ covering strategy execution, portfolio management, and benefits realization. He has also served as PMO Expert and Advisor for Oman’s national project management and procurement system, overseeing over 70 ministries and 11,000+ companies. He holds a Master’s in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Harvard, Stanford, and MIT, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut, and multiple global certifications including PMP, P3O, PRINCE2, and Agile Scrum.
