Dr. Camille Beyrouthy is the Co-Founder of Delta Partners Middle East, bringing over 20 years of expertise in consulting, strategy, and digital transformation. Previously, he served as COO and Head of Strategy at the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company (SRC), a PIF entity, where he led the establishment of the region’s first mortgage aggregator and set KSA’s fixed-rate mortgage benchmark. He has been an advisor for the Saudi Housing Minister and a board advisor at SRC, playing a key role in shaping Saudi Arabia’s housing finance ecosystem.
Before entering the public sector, Camille led high-frequency trading strategies for Commerzbank UK, specializing in cross-currency swaps and financial modeling. His expertise in financial mathematics and quantitative analytics allowed him to drive algorithmic trading innovations in the sector.
Earlier in his career, Camille was an Assistant Professor at the American University of Beirut, where he contributed to research in Operations Research, Mathematical Programming, and Financial Mathematics.
He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence & Combinatorial Optimization from the University of Nottingham, a Master’s in Algorithms from King’s College London, an Applied Mathematics degree from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
