As Director at Delta Partners, he leads the development of AI-driven solutions, digital tools, and operational frameworks that enable businesses and governments to execute their strategies effectively. His career spans multiple industries, starting in wealth management, where he advised on real estate investments, startup funding, and acquisitions for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Transitioning into government consulting, Kareem worked with EY and PwC, supporting ministries, NEOM, and national transformation programs. At PwC, he played a key role in shaping NEOM’s future of work and smart city vision, sourcing global technology, collaborating with research institutions, and curating companies that redefine living and working environments. Beyond corporate and government initiatives, Kareem has been deeply involved in education, tourism, and startup ecosystems. He has helped pivot operational models, conduct large-scale research, and design execution roadmaps for startups across multiple sectors. He also orchestrated a strategic deal between Nicolas Sadirac and a Saudi entity, bringing the revolutionary peer-to-peer coding school model to Saudi Arabia. With expertise in AI, automation, product development, and operational optimization, Kareem combines technical depth with a strategic mindset. His experience in communications, design, and technology scouting further enables him to craft innovative solutions tailored to complex business challenges. Holding a Finance degree from Loughborough University, UK, Kareem brings a strong financial foundation to his work, helping organizations harness emerging technologies to build scalable, future-ready operations.
