Dr. Mohammed AlFakih is a leader in digital transformation, IT strategy, and organizational change management, with more than two decades of experience delivering complex programs across healthcare, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, and the public sector. He has worked extensively across the United States and the EMEA region, including Saudi Arabia, advising leading organizations such as Accenture, Oracle Consulting, GE Digital, GE Healthcare, Oliver Wyman, Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI), the Ministry of Health (MOH), and Takamol Business Solutions.
Mohammed specializes in large-scale digital health transformation and is recognized for aligning executive vision, mobilizing stakeholders, and accelerating adoption to achieve measurable impact. He is the creator of the PASS 7As Framework (Prepare, Activate, Success & Sustainability), a structured approach built around seven pillars: Awareness, Assessment, Activation, Acquiring Knowledge, Acceptance, Adoption, and Acceleration. He has also developed complementary models, including DREAM+SCORE outcomes, SPOTT/COACH segmentation, and the ABCDE execution metrics, which together provide organizations with a robust roadmap for managing change and delivering results.
His current work focuses on turning these methodologies into a comprehensive playbook, training program, and SaaS platform designed to help organizations navigate transformation with clarity and precision.
